Yoga is, for me, a personal experience, a journey rather than a destination. For my own Yoga practice I use Hatha, Ashtanga, alignment or Yin Yoga all depending on time and health. However, I always incorporate meditation and breath awareness.
I continued my spiritual studies with Raj Yoga, a knowledge-based meditation with the Brahma Kumaris, who helped and guided me on my spiritual journey, working more specifically on the Energy of Consciousness and ego. This has continually brought a balance of love and power into my practice and into my daily life.
Evidently, my journey did not end after my teacher training course. Following my graduation from 500 RYS Senior teacher training, I have completed many other teacher training and short wellness and yoga courses in UK and abroad. Learning from great teachers and masters such as SadhuGuru (Jaggi Vaseduv), Master Choa Kok Sui, Gizi Pruthi, Yogi Ashokananda, and many more who have helped me to deepen my understanding of yoga asana, philosophy and science. They have taught me how to be a compassionate and professional yoga teacher. All this has contributed to who I am now, a yoga and wellness expert teaching ‘Yoga’ with love, power and spiritual philosophy.
